Property looks nice but their staff and service is really bad not worth it to stay in that Hotel for their price rate i thought it was a luxury place but not. room service is bad , guest service is bad and to add i ordered to decorate the room for honeymoon a day before and one hour before check in they call me saying we don’t have time .

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Rixos Tersane Istanbul. Das Hotel ist wunderschön gestaltet und liegt in einer sehr angenehmen Gegend mit einer tollen Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, sehr sauber und der gesamte Service ist auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts äußerst freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Pelin, die besonders aufmerksam war und unseren Aufenthalt mit ihrer Freundlichkeit und Professionalität noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und freuen uns schon darauf, wiederzukommen.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Rixos Tersane Istanbul. The surrounding area is beautiful, peaceful, and very well designed. The lobby area was especially artistic, full of beautiful artwork that gave the place a unique and elegant atmosphere. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very kind, professional, and spoke English fluently, which made everything very comfortable for us. A special thank you to Sofia for her kindness and professionalism; she made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be coming back.

We enjoyed staying in Rixos hotel The room very pleasant and partially look in ocean Clean a staff helpful They gave us complementary breakfast and was so many verities We tried the other two cafes was nice Godiva and There is a the mall beside us and many restaurants and cafes. Actually we had short 2 nights only but we enjoyed the hotel and area is new and beautiful
