整個體驗都被殘舊和臭味摧殘 所有設施都有年代感 但可見整潔乾淨程度不外如是 廁所冇通風 長期有臭味 唯一好處係溫泉不錯 可望富士山 但房內環境實在不佳

Hotel facilities a bit old and outdated, but they have a very nice view wherever the room, hot spring area or outdoor area of hotel.

地庫大浴場可望星空, 2F 展望浴場可望富士山 是最大優點, 但由富士山酒店房間走過去有點遠, 早餐尚算豐富,

很好，地方大、環境優美，住的是一人房，打開窗見富士山，只是上山落山有點麻煩，但都有Shuttlebus,下午上山可call hotel ，@150円，10分鐘內到山下7仔

絕對係平靚正！房間舒服夠大，床也舒服，房間可以看到富士山，早餐不錯，最喜歡有個庭院夜晚聖誕燈飾好美，早上還可以看到紅富士，美呆了，唯一就是地點在半山出入無車的話無咁方便，但酒店服務一流，8pm前也有shuttle bus接送，只要打電話五分鐘就會到巴士站，最驚喜是我們想去花之都公園，酒店的人竟然車我們去！！而溫泉都好好，有兩個，其中一個更有兩個桑拿，真心大推呢間酒店，比河口湖的酒店抵好多，性價比高，大推！

入住這酒店最好自駕，因在山上，房間面向山中湖，今次住宿的房間還向着富士山。在二樓的露天温泉也能見到湖景及富士山。禮品店還可退税。

櫃檯服務人員態度很冷淡，就算語言溝通有障礙，但也沒多親切 如要搭shuttle bus 要另行付150円，與其它旅館比較起來，就不會想再來住了 房間的浴室很古早，但浴缸有黑黑的刮痕，就完全不想用 但溫泉♨️很舒服，這是較喜歡的地方

Average
The service of this hotel is good and staff can speak in good English. Surrounding area and onsen are nice. Breakfast is perfect. We had Japanese dinner provided by the hotel. Tastes good but very few and expensive. This hotel is located at mid level of a hill in Yamanakako where transportation is poor and no restaurant nearby. Regular shuttle bus service is provided but the frequency is very low and the service is operated until 2:15pm which is very insufficient.

Good hot spring facilities!
Great hotel with nice service.The hotel provides two hot springs which is nice and clean! But the shuttle bus schedule is not that tight and need to wait quite long if you want to visit the places near the mountain.

阳台对住富士山，早上影日出非常方便，兩个溫泉干淨精致，人也很少，員工都很盡責，唯一遺憾是晚餐8:30就收，似乎早了些，唯有駕車去山下吃

風景很棒，不論泡湯還是房間都可以看到富士山！ 但一定要記得從河口湖搭車到山中湖富士山飯店站，到旁邊7-11請店家聯絡飯店接送！ 晚餐建議在河口湖吃飽

Hotel Mt. Fuji is actually a resort hotel - that I did not know about it before. Its location is a bit remote - nevertheless it offers a great carpark that you'd probably drive yourself. Its remote location makes it be distant from the down-town. Its vending machines offer the basic stuff you need. The onsen is awesome - exactly as it tells in the website that, you can enjoy the Mt. Fuji view when you have your body immersed in the onsen. The French restaurant is good too.

酒店整潔，早餐不錯，有免費停車場。自駕很方便。溫泉本可側望富士山，但因為天氣關係看不到，有點失望。房間可以看到整個山中湖，酒店整體不錯。
