"Room was spotless, entire resort was spotless! Staff spoke every single time we passed by, very friendly and courteous. The Zen Teppanyaki grill was amazing! Our grill master Richi cooked our food to perfection and was very entertaining. Our other wait staff at the grill (and the entire resort) were awesome as well, too many names to remember but I will try: Edwardo, Enricho, Armando (buffet), bartenders Hugo, Jujulianna (at the beach bar….who I promised my pair of fun sunglasses to if I can ever find out how to send them (the bar closed early and I never found her again….so sorry Julie!) We also loved the beautiful rooms and especially the double shower heads, amazing! Overall a great stay and would stay again. Only drawback was the reservation system…..nearly impossible to get more than one during our stay..I happened to have a fantastic contact in my Expedia rep Yale Coba, he was instrumental in securing reservations for my group and helped with booking our excursion as well, thank you again Yale! "
