"Pool bar was great but because they don’t refill it at the end of the day the bartender runs out of alcohol by noon. The everyday menu was great but was not impressed with the restaurant menus. Would I come stay again? Maybe."

"Not enough things to do at night. Everything poolside closed at 5pm. Buffet food was absolutely horrible. Buffet staff did not want to get drinks or anything else. If u don’t catch breakfast none of the food places open till noon. It’s either swim all day or nothing else. Won’t book with them again. Not to mention they are constantly trying to sell u stuff or asking you to do surveys-very annoying!"

"Names Andy did it all: he was the Expedia liaison for everything we did. He helped us sign up for our dinners, connected us with the lifeguard after our friend fractured her foot, and maintained a professional yet friendly disposition! Alyn - nurse (lifeguard)wrapped Lynn’s foot, provided instruction and ice! Luis - There were a few people with this name. He was young, worked at the swim bar and said that he usually is a waiter near the swim bar. He was attentive, kept his cool when it got really busy and was very kind. We felt he was the best!! Jair- Attentive and responsive hard working bartender! Alexis / steak place waiter was friendly and helpful! Ramiro - Awesomely waited on us at the pool!! Francisco - Gracie restaurant Armando greeted us at the hibachi restaurant. He seated us and took our order. He was an excellent host!! Jesus at ZEN made our hibachi experience, the absolute best memory of all!!! his lighthearted, sense of humor and professional chef was very well received!!! we laughed so hard and ate such delicious food!"

"I stayed one night as I was getting ready to leave my winter home in Mexico for the United States. I had several problems, the largest of which included bedbugs or fleas that feasted upon me in the night. Other housekeeping and maintenance issues kept me awake throughout the night, resulting in a horrible nights sleep. I tried to bring this to the attention of the front desk personnel the next morning, but he seemed disinterested as he’d rather help the local woman next in line check out. I tried to escalate to the next level manager, and although there was some exchange of communication, ultimately she was not available to meet with me either. Finally, I brought it to attention of Hilton after departure, and received a email of “we regret …” and a commitment to make it right. "
