When I arrived, I was immediately met by Concierge Victor who helped me check in then escorted me to the Red Level floor. When we arrived I received excellent service from Oscar who showed me to my room. Next morning I was greeted by Michelle while eating breakfast. The property is somewhat dated, so more frequent inspections and proactive maintenance would help identify and resolve issues before guests encounter them....
