「Big, clean comfortable room, ideal for a family of 4. Staff were excellent and food at dinner and breakfast were really good - a good step up from standard pub food. Home made cookies, and crayons and activity sheets for the kids in the room were a lovely addition.」

「We were looking for somewhere to stay whilst attending a family function and by chance cane across The George and Dragon. We are so glad we did! What a beautiful pub with bundles of character. Our room was gorgeous; modern yet rustic and equipped with everything to make our stay spot on! Staff were lovely and attentive, and breakfast was amazing. 「I everything, from entering until leaving our stay was amazing. We hadn’t even left and we were looking at when we would be coming back. The staff were very helpful. Only concern was the noise coming from the spa which was directly below our room, we were not notified that at 7.30am a loud humming noise would be heard. When we do rebook we will be wanting a different room (room 16) apart from that it was great!」
