「Very warm welcome. Staff are friendly. Excellent location. Just one thing which requires a bit of improvement: I asked if there is an additional chair as the sink is too high for my kids, the staff did not get back to me.」

「Master La Rambla was a perfect location for our stay. Within walking distance to a lot of great shops and dining. Also conveniently located close to the metro for connections to sites that were a little further out. We had a premium balcony room which was a wasted upgrade. There is ongoing construction on the Rambla street which made the balcony useless. Thankfully the room was pretty sound proof which kept the sounds of jack hammers at bay. Don’t get a balcony room!」

「Room is clean but small. Bed and pillows are excellent. It would help to have luggage racks especailly if you have large suitcases. We had to open ours up on the floor. Bath towels are very small. Could also have some shelving in the bathrooms instead of towels on a bench. Sink and shower are very small. Too many air freshners if you are allergic to perfume. 「Fahad the front desk person went over and above to help out when our room ac was not functioning. They ensured they got it fixed by night and the front desk people were apologetic the next day. The rooms are really nice. It’s a boutique luxury hotel so not bad for that」

「The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation 」

「This is a very decent hotel. Great location. A few steps from the bus station thanks to the fantastic traffic planning for the city. Excellent choices of pillows. The staff are warm and friendly.
