「Very warm welcome. Staff are friendly. Excellent location. Just one thing which requires a bit of improvement: I asked if there is an additional chair as the sink is too high for my kids, the staff did not get back to me.」

「The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation 」

「This is a very decent hotel. Great location. A few steps from the bus station thanks to the fantastic traffic planning for the city. Excellent choices of pillows. The staff are warm and friendly. Apart from the little accident that happened at the first night(the hotel didn't give me the port view room that I booked because of the booking system problem, so make sure you double confirm the room type with the hotel via message before you arrive. Although they tried to fix it once they found out...

「Great location for the Gothic Sector but watch out for pick pockets and thieves. Had a necklace ripped off my neck outside the hotel at 8am. Unfortunately Great restaurants nearby. Waterfront is waking distance. A bit far from the tourist attractions. Bus is close by otherwise uber was $20 each way. Hotel smells musty. It’s in the rooms too. Heavy smell. Weren’t to happy about that. Room AC is weak we needed a fan to supplement the AC. Staff were great. Free coffee in the lobby. Room size...

「The hotel is amazing. The room was small but had everything a traveler needed. Amenities were surprisingly good: in addition to the standard (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, vanity kit) there were toothbrushes and toothpaste. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Since the hotel is small, they don’t have luggage storage. But you can leave your luggage at the hotel across the street. I enjoyed my stay at Casa Pince and would like to return」

「You have to go up 4 flights of stairs. There is no elevator. The location is beautiful with tons of restaurants and bars but this also includes people drunk and smoking weed loudy right outside your room at FIVE IN THE MORNING. Not the safest vibe by far. This is a hostel NOT A HOTEL. Rooms and bathroom very small. Staff is very kind and helpful as can be.」
