「Very warm welcome. Staff are friendly. Excellent location. Just one thing which requires a bit of improvement: I asked if there is an additional chair as the sink is too high for my kids, the staff did not get back to me.」

Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation 」

「This is a very decent hotel. Great location. A few steps from the bus station thanks to the fantastic traffic planning for the city. Excellent choices of pillows. The staff are warm and friendly. Apart from the little accident that happened at the first night(the hotel didn't give me the port view room that I booked because of the booking system problem, so make sure you double confirm the room type with the hotel via message before you arrive. Although they tried to fix it once they found out...

「Everything is beautiful and updated inside the hotel, loved the decor and overall vibe, good ac, water pressure. good location, right off of Plaça Reial with lots of food options, only downside is it’s right across the alley from a club so there’s a lot of late-night noise, they do provide ear plugs though」

「Amazingly large 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment like property very close to the cruise port. We stayed one night after our Mediterranean cruise ended at Barcelona. They were nice enough to allow our luggage and backpacks to be held there until 3 PM check-in! The only negative is nobody actually at the property at all the times but it’s perfect for larger families and they respond withWhatsapp and email promptly, please make arrangements for luggage drop off early.」
