Great location although was a bit noisy at night for the front room. Large and spacious with room to gather around the communal areas. Main bedroom and bathroom a little tight but still adequate. Secure and safe location, close to lots of great eateries and cute little shops.

Very spacious apartment in the gothic district close to everything you need. The apartment was very clean with all the amenities you will need in your trip. The neighborhood was filled with plenty of restaurants and stores, and the subway entrance was feet from the door.

Very central. Lot of shops and eateries near by. The unit was as described. Comfortable for all 8 of us. Responses were quick. Showers worked well and having 2 bathrooms was a must and great to have there. EnjoyBCN stored our luggage until checkin. Saw a cockroach on last day in corner of bathroom; nothing too major. Deck on top floor was awesome.

We received some of the worst customer service after a booking error on our end that we tried to fix right away. There were also not enough supplies for our three night stay (needed more toilet paper and soap). The location however cannot be beat and washer/dryer were convient. It also was nice they dropped off a small Christmas day treat.

Nice place

It was a nice place to stay. The location was very central and easy to access. The place was clean and very warm if needed. I would stay there again and I would recommend it. The only issue we all had was the beds. The mattress were not good and nor were the pillows. It was the only let down. They were not comfortable and we all found it hard to get a good nights sleep as they were very hard. The pillows were not the best. Sorry to say this but they seemed cheap. Again I would stay there again but I hope they replace the pillows and mattress as if they did I’d give this place 150% review.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in this beautiful apartment within the heart of El Born, my favourite bustling neighborhood in Barcelona with everything close by. Communication was excellent from start to finish with great assistance from Alex, Alena and Mario. Thank you for a memorable 60th birthday stay.
