「Very warm welcome. Staff are friendly. Excellent location. Just one thing which requires a bit of improvement: I asked if there is an additional chair as the sink is too high for my kids, the staff did not get back to me.」

「The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. 「Great location right in the middle of lots of action and safe. Room was quiet, cozy and clean. AC worked great. Loved the decor. Liked having the little balcony although it was interior but still nice. Only issue was the shower floor is very slippery. Good value for comfortable room in great location. Easy to get around by subway and walking.」
