「Very warm welcome. Staff are friendly. Excellent location. Just one thing which requires a bit of improvement: I asked if there is an additional chair as the sink is too high for my kids, the staff did not get back to me.」

「Master La Rambla was a perfect location for our stay. Within walking distance to a lot of great shops and dining. Also conveniently located close to the metro for connections to sites that were a little further out. We had a premium balcony room which was a wasted upgrade. There is ongoing construction on the Rambla street which made the balcony useless. Thankfully the room was pretty sound proof which kept the sounds of jack hammers at bay. Don’t get a balcony room!」

「Fahad the front desk person went over and above to help out when our room ac was not functioning. They ensured they got it fixed by night and the front desk people were apologetic the next day. The rooms are really nice. It’s a boutique luxury hotel so not bad for that」

「The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation 」

「We loved our stay(s) at Casa Pince. We decided to stay there twice during our European visit. The first room was our favorite with two cute balconies over the streets. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The air conditioning was nice and cool! Nicely re-furbished, boutique hotel in a bustling location.」

「First of all, travelers need to beware that this is just an apartment, so definitely services are not up to the standard of a typical one star hotel. Location is good, and the manager is nice and responsive. But the quality of beds are very low, bed sheets are not clean, flushing of one of the two toilets does not work, and hot water are merely enough for shower for only two persons. The stairs could be quite noisy at mid night. Since the price is not that low, my suggestion for this "hotel" is...

「Hotel is situated in the heart of the Gothic quarter. Very, very historical and charming. Hotel is elegant, artistic, and with all modern conveniences. Outdoor portion of hotel restaurant is in a historically significant plaza. Sitting there sipping wine would in itself be a nice holiday, but, of course, Barcelona is one of the great cities of the world.」
