「Very warm welcome. Staff are friendly. Excellent location. Just one thing which requires a bit of improvement: I asked if there is an additional chair as the sink is too high for my kids, the staff did not get back to me.」

「Staff was very helpful for local recommendations. The hotel was clean and looked to be recently updated. We thought the location was going to be inconvenient but we had no problems walking to places of interest.」

「The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation 」

「Das ist ein sehr kleines Hotel, aber die Lage ist genial. Die UBahn-Station ist gleich um die Ecke und es gibt jede Menge Restaurants. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, aber erfüllen ihren Zweck. Das Badezimmer ist im Vergleich zum Zimmer eher groß. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Personal ist sehr nett. Ich fand es nur schade, dass man für das Aufbewahren der Koffer nach dem Auschecken 10€ verlangt hat. Diese Leistung sollte im Preis inkludiert sein. 」

「A fantastic stay at the Hesperia Barri Gotic. A warm welcome from hotel staff, including a surprise gift for my partner as the trip was for a surprise trip. The hotel overall was very clean and welcoming, a lovely room and great location for exploring Barcelona. Would return without a doubt. 」

「經濟實惠，接近主要景點卻不喧擾，前台人員非常友善，房間內洗衣機等生活用品應有盡有。唯一遺憾，冬天屋內稍微陰暗，不過不潮濕。 It is in a quete area with walking distance to main attractions. Staff was very helpful and friendly, and they contact me in advance to make sure everything is clear and easy for me. The room is fully furnished and equipped with washing machine(dryer included), stable WiFi, and eveything I need. The only thing I am unsatisfied is the room is not spacious and dim. The price is very resonable for what they provided.」

「Room was very clean along with building facilities. Staff pleasant, with someone always at the front desk and can speak multiple languages, English as well. Even with the shared washroom option chosen, there was always two available shower/washrooms so never had to wait. Microwave+ kettles available, along with clean mini fridge in room. Surrounding roads are going under massive construction, which is only an issue if you are driving. 」
