「Very warm welcome. Staff are friendly. Excellent location. Just one thing which requires a bit of improvement: I asked if there is an additional chair as the sink is too high for my kids, the staff did not get back to me.」

Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. 「The place was nice and large. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths! We loved that part. I think the # of towels for the time there and having to buy extra towels was a bit over the top. We had to change to a different room b/c our room had a funky odor and they were accommodating to get us to a higher floor by the next day. My son was having an allergy to the smell sadly. The second to last day we had two cockroaches in our bathroom:(. They had maintenance come out to look for the source and left a bottle...

「Hostal Ambos Mundos is in a great location, with shopping and restaurants close by. It was clean and well furnished. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our only complaint is that we were unaware that it is on the third floor and there is no elevator. Diah was an awesome, helping us getting our luggage up and down the stairs though. 」

「The staff was friendly and professional. However, for the price, I expected more from the room. It was quite small, and the shower had not been renovated. There was peeling paint on the walls, holes in the ceiling, and overall, the finishes felt poorly done. The room also lacked a fridge, and there was no breakfast included, which was disappointing. You’re essentially paying for the location here. I would consider other hotels in the area.」
