The core purpose of any hotel room is to provide a comfortable bed and a functional shower. Unfortunately, this hotel seems to have focused more on "sustainability" than the basic essentials of hospitality. Our experience was frustrating from the moment we arrived: the bed was broken, the mattress sagged in the middle causing back pain, and the air conditioning was inefficient. High humidity levels in the room led to sinus issues for both myself and my partner. Although a technician was sent to fix the bed, the mattress remained uncomfortable and the bed frame was unclean. The cleanliness of the room in general was below standard: the floors weren’t well maintained, and the hair dryer barely functioned. The worst part came on our final day, when there was no running water at all, not even a drop from the sink or shower. So, we couldn’t freshen up before heading to the airport. The hotel did provide access to another room just to shower, but this was a last-minute solution to a serious issue. While the staff were friendly, their assistance was surface-level and did not resolve the core problems with the room.
