"Breakfast was really good. Location is perfect next to 2 Metro station s 6 mins walk Only thing no kettle for Tea and Coffee. Other than that perfect stay."

"Clean hotel, nice rooms. Kind staff. The Rambla boulevard is in reconstrucción so the outside is messy and inconvinient. The good part is that is very close to the metro station. "

"Well I stayed in the grand suite which had a huge outdoor balcony. The issue was the lights for the balcony were off. I asked the front desk on the first night if they could turn the lights on. They said they would call someone. No one came and lights stayed off. The second night I had the gentleman that was working the front desk come look at the problem he left and said he had to make a call to fix the problem. I waited all night no one came to fix or turn on the lights. I rented the room to enjoy a big balcony at night but it was completely dark so it ruined our plans. Also the jets in the tub did not work at all. I find it disconcerting to advertise jet tub and an outdoor balcony if you’re unable to use them as desired. When you rent the most expensive room in the hotel these are not the issues you should have to deal with. Other than that everything else was great. "

"Comfortable and super well located .Coffee and tea were not replenished (if you wanted more, you had to go to reception and get it yourself). Other than that, very nice. And location definitely makes up up for that minor detail. Would stay there again. "

"Reception staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room seems dated & there was a constant sound coming from the electric panel that was a bit unpleasant . Coffee shop by reception was great too "
