Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. 「This is a very decent hotel. Great location. A few steps from the bus station thanks to the fantastic traffic planning for the city. Excellent choices of pillows. The staff are warm and friendly. Apart from the little accident that happened at the first night(the hotel didn't give me the port view room that I booked because of the booking system problem, so make sure you double confirm the room type with the hotel via message before you arrive. 「This hotel was great, period. It is located in one of the best location in Madrid, 5 min walk to the Palace. And walkable to the big market, and close to metro, train, etc. The room was spacious with large king size bed. The staff were amazing and spoke very good English. Very helpful and respectful. I would stay there next time as well. 」
