Find Hotel Wedding Venues in Winston - Salem, NC

The property was beautiful and the room was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Coffee and tea provided in the room, and a lovely hot breakfast along with yogurt, granola and fruit. Would definitely stay again. Easy walk to many delicious restaurants.

Didn’t realize when I booked but the location had a complementary wine tasting. Everyone who went to it was sooo personable. Normally not my scene, but everyone was so welcoming. Great breakfast spread too. The area is very walkable. I took a nearby path and ended up at Salem College very close by. It is America’s oldest women’s college dating back to colonial times. Many of the buildings look that old, but are very well kept. Just a beautiful experience all around. Clean rooms too!

I use to live in Greensboro for many many years and always thought this looked like a fun place to stay. I have eaten at the green valley grill but had never had the pleasure of staying at the o’Henry. I was in town for a night decided to stay here. The hotel is gorgeous. The room is spacious! It is very elegant and classy..reminiscent of “old money”. I would stay again if ever given the opportunity

We stayed at the "sister property" (the O'Henry) several times but had not stayed at the Proximity. We tried but COVID or one thing or another led to not making our trip. We had met the original owners and then knew about their transfer to the employees. What a terrific thing for an employer to do and what a great deal for the employees. It appears that they are doing a good job and keeping the quality up to former standards. The decor and amenities are outstanding, the Bistro not only has...

Had an excellent stay and experience! Everything was awesome from check-in to check out. Nice property, excellent breakfast, room was better than expected and staff was friendly and helpful!

Staff were courteous, lovely room, food was excellent.

We weren't sure what to expect but decided to take a chance on this place since it was close to where we were going to a meeting. To our delight this was a pretty new hotel. We were highly impressed with the staff, including the bar staff. The entrance was very pretty, the design of the bar and restaurant was a new and different idea as compared to other hotels in the area. We actually ate dinner in the bar and the food was delicious. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Perfect in...

Beautiful hotel - super friendl staff - loved the large pool only dissapointment was that hot tub was Out of service and was reason for booking - otherwise very happy with stay.

Great stop after a day on the road. We checked in and we're told complimentary appetizers and drinks were being served and the entire lobby smelled of fresh baked cookies. Very welcoming.

We booked this room by mistake thinking it was another Courtyard by Marriott. Much to our surprise we stayed at this Courtyard and were very happy with our mistake. Close to I-40 without the traffic congestion that we had delt with before. The room was beautiful, clean, quiet, the staff was very helpful and nice. Will stay here from now on when visiting!!!

We really enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed my stay. Beautiful room! Comfortable bed with warm comfoter and extra blankets. Plenty of towels in room, even an IPod dock!

We enjoyed our stay all the amenities were great. The staff was very accommodating. Hannah was amazing! My kids enjoyed our staycation with friends.

Very prompt check in, comfortable room!

Great experience. They allowed us to check in early and the place was very clean.

The property was very beautiful, spacious lively, quiet, easy walking distance to anything in any place. I wanted to go. Hotel staff was courteous and nice. My room was clean nice. Didn't have a microwave.

Staff was kind and amazing. We were only there 1 night and noticed a lot of guests outside walking very well behaved dogs. I work in a veterinary clinic and was very impressed by how the staff as so sweet and welcoming to the animals and humans. Some hotels claim they are pet friendly but you’ll get nasty looks from stuff queen you walk in with a pet. Not here. Here the staff are pet lovers too!

The stay was quiet, comfortable and overall clean. I was disappointed that there was a $10.95 charge for WiFi. What?! I can go to Dunkin Donuts for free WiFi, but not a Hilton?
