「The room was spacious, and clean! The staff was great, and the breakfast had a lot of options. A+ all the way」

「We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. 」

「The hotel quality does not match the price at all, about 600dollar per night, but the quality of the hotel facilities, such as the bed and shower room design, is horrible; there is no door for the shower, and the water was splashed outside when you are taking a shower and you feel cold too. The shower head is high and you have to raise your head to avoild your hair wet. For example, the desk light was broken. Furnitures are old... Never come again.」

「The room was clean and the staff was excellent. I had a delivery sent to me prior to my arrival and the staff had it put away until my arrival and had it delivered to my room. Outstanding service!!!」
