Room and common areas were clean, breakfast was good but the AC was broken. It was late when I realized it and didn’t want to pack up and move rooms, thankful for a travel fan.

Good overnight for family while traveling. Comfortable and clean and staff was excellent. ONLY neg—pillows—small and wimpy, temp in room was hard to control—too cold or too warm. Overall great for the price.

The hotel was nice. The staff were very friendly. The TV’s in the room were outdated. One of the lamps didn’t work and the lights over the bed seemed to have a short in them…when I flipped the switch to turn them on, nothing would happen. But then maybe 15-30 secs later, they would come on. Overall, the room was nice. The beds were comfortable and you couldn’t hear outside noises or noises from the other rooms or hallway.

Karen at the Front Desk was really helpful when we first had a scheduling snafu and then had to switch rooms due to a bad odor. She also went up and verified the odor. She also helped me in getting a refund started.

Breakfast and location were very good to excellent. Parking was good and rooms were comfortable. a notice was on the mirror stating that there would be no routine housekeeping except for stays after the third night. However, the room was cleaned and towels replace, so perhaps that policy has changed. I did have a post checkout issue regarding charges to my credit card which was graciously handled by the manager via phone. However, getting to that point was achieved only after I was hung up on and subsequent calls were disconected.
