「The customer service needs improvement. My wife and I ate breakfast at the hotel. The food was put up, and the lights were turned off on us 30 minutes early (9 am instead of 9:30 am). The customer service attendant sighed a couple of times while sweeping near us in the breakfast area. Who knows why? Maybe it was because I was telling my wife a story, and she was tired of hearing it. Maybe it was that she was tired of cleaning. I don't know the reason. Good customer service doesn't include...

「Lights were out in the elevator. Staff put flashlights hanging on the arm rails in the elevator. Sooo dark and unsafe. Isn’t this against code? Tv remote did not work properly. Plain Jane room. Defiantly NOT worth the $250 plus tax I paid for the room. Will not be using this hotel chain again!」

「Had to switch rooms due to mold in the bathroom. Breakfast was very good and a nice touch to start the day. Front desk staff was very professional and moved quickly to greet and help us.」

「I was very disappointed with my stay. The property appeared old and poorly maintained. The bed sheets looked dirty, and there was a chair in the room covered in stains that I did not feel comfortable placing my belongings near. Upon arrival, the staff could not locate my reservation and blamed Expedia for the issue. As a result, I had to wait over an hour for the situation to be resolved. This was especially frustrating because I was traveling with my elderly mother and we were left waiting...

「The door wouldn't open and staff shoved on it to open it. The room was dirty and bed spread had multiple stains in it, so we requested a different room. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 9am, but when we got there at 8:50 am, the staff already shut it down and we weren't able to get anything.」
