「I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.」

「This hotel is beautiful. Very clean. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. I highly suggest ordering from the room service, food was wonderful. Convenient location.」

「It was right next to the highway, so it was a little noisy, but not terrible. The room was spacious and clean, we enjoyed out time. The breakfast was great!! Our only downside was that there was a family that stayed at the same time and their kid kept pooping in the pool and hot tub so they had to shut it down to drain, clean and refill. It wasn't the child's fault. The parents knew it was possible and refused to place them in a swim diaper to be safe. Its understandable with their...
