「Room was great. Continental Breakfast...Saturday staff was 30 minutes late opening up. You had dry cereal and oatmeal but no milk. Pastries were day old at least and by Monday morning were pretty much trash. Sunday morning the waffle mix was empty. THIS NEEDS A LOT OF WORK!!!」

「The house did not open when we first arrived. We got in but they needed to bring batteries for the front door lock. The house was freezing upon entry and had to call add the thermostat is not adjustable by guests. The garage door opener was stolen which they knew. The downstairs tv had several remotes. Several did not work (batteries?) so I wasn’t able to watch a game. The basketball game in the basement was fun for my son. Property was in good condition and the beds were nice but way too many...

「We had to change floors last minute due to a vertigo issue- they were very accommodating and willing to help. The courtyard is beautiful and the whole staff very friendly.」

「The pool and the customer service were great! The food was pretty good as well. My only 2 complaints are that they don't have it disclosed on Expedia that they take an incidental fee of $100 per room per stay and when we first got there, I used the restroom downstairs and it was dirty. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. 」

「Polite staff and clean hotel, but if you need to actually sleep, find somewhere else to stay. Cheap construction, clearly no sound insulation between floors. With the teenagers upstairs, it took multiple calls to the front desk to talk to them. Doors closing upstairs literally shook the beds. Also the fire alarm LED kept was so bright it could be seen even with your eyes closed. Hotel would be well served to separate into different guest-type sections.」

「The room was spacious and clean. Lots of space. The pillows were not good and flattened quickly. The television was hard to hear, even when it was turned up all the way. The staff was polite and very helpful and the breakfast was great.」

「It's a stopover for my 18-day US West Coast vacation. Ideal location for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. The hotel itself is good in every way.」

「The pool, water slide and hot tub are the main attractions. We stayed during Spring Break so it was (I assume) busier than usual. Front desk staff is a 10/10. Backs up to a Scheels and literally any business you could imagine is with 5-10 miles. Breakfast varied every day. We will definitely be back. The elevator sucks and housekeeping is rude- but those are minor. Everything that matters is well maintained and makes for a great stay」
