"They had availability to allow for me to check in a bit early, and they were friendly and professional when I called to check and when I arrived. The pool and hot tub are awesome, the pool is an indoor heated pool, so it’s easy to use year round. The room was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was top notch. There are newer black out screens in the room that are just raised and lowered, very easy process. Price was perfect and there was a daily hot option for breakfast (eggs, meat, potatoes or biscuits and gravy) and regular continental breakfast (make your own pancake (waffle?)-I didn’t use it-, pastries, cereal, fruit). Ample parking and centrally located for my needs. I try to stay here every time in town because it’s always a win. "

"The house did not open when we first arrived. We got in but they needed to bring batteries for the front door lock. The house was freezing upon entry and had to call add the thermostat is not adjustable by guests. The garage door opener was stolen which they knew. The downstairs tv had several remotes. Several did not work (batteries?) so I wasn’t able to watch a game. The basketball game in the basement was fun for my son. Property was in good condition and the beds were nice but way too many problems given the price. "
