「I will NEVER recommend The Roadway Inn. I wouldn’t stay there if it were free. As soon as I opened the door the dirty musky smell was sickening. The smashed cockroach on the wall says it all. It’s a bedbug disaster waiting to happen. I should’ve asked to see the room before paying. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund, I was informed I took longer than 5 minutes to cancel therefore I was required to pay for 1 night. The advertised photos posted on the website/internet are a far cry...

「Expected room daily room cleaning and were told they do it every other day! We arrived on Thursday for a 5 night stay and they cleaned our room until Sunday! 」

「Super clean and very nice folks. We couldn't enjoy the free breakfast or pool because I was heading to surgery first thing in the morning. It was a great, clean, quiet place to relax and rest comfortably! Thank you!」

「Room was so fun with fire place, large rotating tv, hot tub, couch and great king bed. It was like a " honeymoon suite". The breakfast selection was generous, as well. A wonderful retreat after a long trip and full weekend! A most helpful staff also.」

「The hotel looks nice from the OUTSIDE! But once you get inside the elevator looks beat down and the rooms as well! The building itself needs an upgrade from the inside ! Staff need to be dressed more professionally I went down for breakfast and there was an employee who didn’t even look like she was hotel staff only knew she worked there because she was behind the front desk! She was wearing a graphic t-shirt and jeans with face tattoos !! She was rude about keeping breakfast items stocked...

「I asked for a handicap room and got one that really didn't qualify as a handicap room. I even called a few days earlier to make sure I was assigned to one and I was told I was down for one. The room I ended up with was next to the breakfast room so I was awaken at 4:30 AM by the clanging of the employees setting up for breakfast! Was NOT happy! However, I will say the staff was very nice and friendly and the bed and pillows were great!」

「The hotel was very clean , perfect for our stay in Greeley co , unfortunately the staff was very rude , some of the girls at the front desk were nice I believe her name was Joselyn , the rest of the staff very rude. We didn’t feel welcome.」

「I checked in online but arrived to find my reservation had been canceled. I was given a room for my first canceled night but left to fend for myself the second night during graduation weekend when the hotels were either sold out or extremely expensive. There is no coffee in the rooms. The lighting in the rooms is terrible and the breakfast has very few decent options. I wouldn’t stay here again.」

「This hotel is dated but clean and convenient. It’s right off the freeway but quiet. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and hot. Not much selection but enough to make it worthwhile. The rooms were clean but needed updating. The wallpaper was peeling a bit in the bathroom. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I have stayed there several times and make it my “go to” place to stop when traveling to Oklahoma.」
