「I wanted to enjoy my stay, but I had two complaints, one of which was related to safety. 1. No wi-fi (wasn't crucial, but would have been nice). 2. The back door wouldn't properly close or lock. It was supposed to only open with an active key card, but it wouldn't even fully close, let alone lock. As a single female traveler, the back door being accessible made me extremely uncomfortable. Especially as my room was two doors away from the back door. Staff was great, breakfast was fair,...

「The rooms are ok but the staff is great, especially Amber, and if you get a good housekeeper that’s huge. They offer a nice breakfast but not many dairy free options so I was unable to enjoy it. No dairy free milks, yogurts, or fresh fruits if you are vegan or have a dairy allergy and that’s a bummer however they do have around the clock hot coffee which was a bonus.」

「I reserved and paid for a king bed room in full ahead of time. but I was given a full size bed.」

「I booked this room at the last minute and was not disappointed. Room was immaculate, staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious! If we come back to this area, we would definitely stay here again.」
