「They said the wifi was out...not acceptable for working on the road!!! And no compensation since this was prepaid through Expedia...trusting Expedia will give me a credit on this one!!」

「There were nats all over in the room. The shower door did not close well and water was all over the floor. The ac unit was dirty. There were no accessible plugs near the desk. The front desk was in disarray with open boxes and I had to wait for someone to check me in. Could not use the name and room number for WiFi and had to call for a special code to access. Will not stay again」

「I wanted to enjoy my stay, but I had two complaints, one of which was related to safety. 1. No wi-fi (wasn't crucial, but would have been nice). 2. The back door wouldn't properly close or lock. It was supposed to only open with an active key card, but it wouldn't even fully close, let alone lock. As a single female traveler, the back door being accessible made me extremely uncomfortable. 「Heat lamp in bathroom didn't work. Only one chair in room for two people (their pictures show two chairs in rooms). No clock or phone in room. Exercise room was inaccessible. Put senior citizens in a room farthest away from elevator, pool, and exercise room. The channel list for TV posted in room only included approximately one third of those available. Trash vehicle pickup at 4:15AM right outside our window. Dressers and nightstands were filthy (items left from previous occupants as well...
