「Room was outdated but clean. Airport shuttle runs every hour to airport which is convenient. However, you need to make a phone call to hotel in order to have shuttle from airport.」

「Lily our house keeper is friendly and very helpful. Exceptional service. We truly enjoyed our stay!」

「It was a great stay , all tho parking had so much over parked cars and some guest made so much noise from the bar. Other than that staff was great and beautiful hotel !」

「Everything was excellent but for the amount of money we pay for the room there should not be a $42 charge per day to park in the parking lot.」

「Good location」

「I booked this room specifically for the sea view, but it was barely visible through a tiny window that doesn’t even open. However, the biggest issue was the cleanliness. The bed sheets and covers were dusty and there's visible stains. When I called the front desk to request a change, the staff member was incredibly dismissive. They pointed at a coffee stain and told me it was 'too small' to worry about, even claiming they couldn't guarantee that other sheets would be any cleaner. While we...
