"We stayed for a week. We were greeted very well and were surprised to receive an upgrade. Our room was lovely. It certainly made a great base to see a great deal of Ottawa. Breakfast was lovely. A tremendous selection on offer for all tastes and diets. The staff here were excellent. They were very helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Rooms were very nice equipped with a couple of tvs, desk top computer with printer. Kitchenette was great and was fully equipped. Would definitely book here again the next time we come to Ottawa. "

"When I booked on line I specified a room with 2 beds. On check in I asked and it was confirmed - a room with 2 beds and a pull out couch. On entering the room it was one bed and a terrible pull out sofa. discussions with management were met with poor reponse - this was the expedia room and we can't do anything. For the 4 days we stayed the room was not cleaned ever. We asked about this at Customer Service 3 times and were told "Oh Yes - we clean every day". It was never cleaned. We had to go to the front desk to request toilet paper, soap and towels. The attitude at Front Desk was Meh - oh well. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone which is sad because the location is fine."

"The hotel has been renovated. Staff are nice.. the only draw back was we had a septic tank drainage and it stunk up the hotel. Pretty gross"

"It's a large corporate style hotel. I'm not a fanof this style of place but it was very conveniently located in Kanata if you have business there. Staff were great especially the wait staff at breakfast."

"We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Room was clean & spacious, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchenette. Good location near Dows Lake and variety of restaurants. Staff were helpful. Will stay again when visiting family in the area. "

"This is the perfect place to stay while visiting your kids at any of the Universities in Ottawa. We happen to be moving our child into their off campus housing and knew we would be too tired to drive home after the move, so we booked a room for the night to rest and recovery. When we entered our room we quickly realized that there was an error, it was not the suite we booked. I went down to the front desk to quietly let them know that there was a mistake, it was TOO big. The hostess then informed me that we had been upgraded and she had forgotten to mention it. Wow! It came fully equipped with a kitchen, dining space, sitting area, 2 bedrooms ( spacious and comfy), 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room. Towels were plentiful, robes and extra blankets were available in each room. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. This location was amazing. The only downfall was that we weren’t there long enough to enjoy the pool which was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel, we arrived too late. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the staff for the beautiful hospitality."
