"We will definitely stay here again. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, super convenient location and great staff. My only suggestion is that the bath towels were almost threadbare and made it feel like a much cheaper hotel. Also, the complimentary shampoo was terrible. We’ll be back but I’ll bring my own shampoo."
"Check in took some time as there was only one person at the desk and 2 people in front of me. In front of them was a group of 4. I did not hear their conversation but there must have been some issue that kept them from finalizing their bill. It was about 10 minutes before another clerk came to help at the desk. "
"Stayed 3 days, nicely centrally located to downtown Boise. Plenty of decent restaurants within walking distance. Room was kind of small, housekeeping won’t automatically refresh room unless requested. Otherwise very nice property, exceptional front desk, and very clean room. Wish it had the MLB channel on the tube. Would definitely come back!"
"Very nice place. We will stay there again but I am done with Expedia. I bought the insurance and was forced to cut our trip short because of the flu. I went to use the insurance for reimbursement of the last day of our stay and was then informed I would need a doctor visit documentation. I had not consulted a physician so I'm out $130 plus the money I spent on the worthless insurance."
