"I recently stayed at the Sheraton and overall had a pleasant stay, but I feel there are a few areas that could be improved for a hotel of this caliber.
The room on the north side felt a bit dated. For a brand like Sheraton, I would normally expect basic amenities such as cotton swabs, toothbrushes, shower caps, or combs to be available. Even in standard rooms, small touches like these help the experience feel more aligned with a 4-star hotel.
The bathroom could also use some improvement. The bathtub was quite low and small for an adult, and the water pressure for the shower was not very strong, which made the shower experience less comfortable.
It would also be great to see smart TVs with easy access to streaming services such as YouTube or Netflix. This has become quite standard in many hotels and is something travelers increasingly expect.
Another point is the pool area. The pool is located in the basement and appears to be accessible mainly by stairs. Unless we missed something, it did not seem that the elevator goes down to that level, which raises questions about accessibility for guests with reduced mobility.
Sheraton is a well-known brand, and because of that, I expected a slightly higher level of comfort and amenities."
