「The heater did not work and it got cold. When I turned the heater on the AC came on. The bed was so hard that I had a backache and cramps all night. When I went to get in the shower the bottom of it was so disgusting. I couldn't even get in. I had to clean it. The toilet did not flush but maybe once and the faucet in the bathroom sink sprayed everywhere and leaked all over the place. It was terrible and I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for it」

「The hotel is clean and the staff were very helpful with always happy smile specially the lady preparing the breakfast the hotel room is nice and clean I am also happy with the breakfast and the unlimited 24 hrs coffee so I enjoy my two nights stay in La Quinta Inn I recommend La Quinta as a nice and accommodating place to stay in Boise Idaho thank you very much to all the staff I recommend the breakfast should start at 5 am for the early bird guest thank you 」

「What a great experience staying in a historical hotel. The inside is updated and clean. The floors slant due to the age of the building, but I loved that it was authentic. Beds were comfy. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「The three beds were comfortable and spacious. However, only the side with one bed had a TV, so my kids, who were on the side with two beds, had no TV. There was also a broken charger stuck in a power outlet, which felt unsafe, and the bathroom didn’t feel very clean. Overall, decent stay, but these issues need attention.」
