「We never saw or talked to anyone at the property from the time we checked-in until we checked out. They leave a sign with your name on it and instructions on what to do. A lot of stairs and hallways made hauling large luggage awkward. They ask you to take your shoes off on entry. Carrying shoes and hauling luggage was even more awkward. It is easy to slip on the stairs in stocking feet. If you don’t give 48 hours notice you cannot have breakfast. For a boutique hotel they could over some sort...

「PROS: - beautiful property with a big patio and swimming pool - walking distance to shops and restaurants (some within the property) - comfortable and clean rooms - nice breakfast - good gym (treadmill was out of service though) - quiet CONS: - we had no water for several hours in the AM due to maintenance - wifi sucks big time (if you need it for work, good luck)」
