「It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.」

「There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing.」

「The location was in close proximity to the Lansdowne Theatre. The court yard is beautiful. The rooms were basic and beds were comfortable. The coffee machine was not clean, the sink was filthy and there were mice and rat traps all over the property eluding to a rodent problem. With a little more effort this could be a very nice location. I would not stay there again.」

「The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.」

「The Delta hotel appeared to be a beautiful, four star hotel, the beds were extremely comfortable as well as the pillows. However, for the amount of money I paid for the room, there was a sticky substance on the carpet. In places, two of the lights did not work, the remote control did not work, and the bathroom fan would not turn off.」

「Funky loft-style lodging. I didn't read the booking very well and was pleasantly surprised to find a full kitchen with pots/pans/dishes/dishwasher plus a clothes washer/dryer. Reminded me of my aunt's loft in SOHO back in the 80's....but this was way cleaner.」
