「We had a delightful night away, all the staff were friendly and professional from arrival to departure. Great selection of drinks at the bar, good selection of food on the menu, clean and quirky bedroom and a quality breakfast. 」

「Clean and comfortable room albeit small. Well decorated and stylish. No teaspoons or milk. Coffee was solid in a jar so not drinkable. Room was not made up properly after the first night, 1 wet towel removed and 1 wet towel left on the floor but neither replaced despite leaving them in the shower to indicate that they needed changing. No new tea or milk left. As we didn't return to our room until late we couldn't contact anyone. TV only works if their WiFi worked, that was very haphazard....

「We were very disappointed with the state of this apartment. Three main troublesome areas: 1. The pictures in the listing are deceiving — the apartment is much older and has not been kept up. The carpeting, couch and appliances are very old and worn. 2. The common areas are in very poor conditions, even less maintained and borderline filthy — carpets and walls were very dirty with tons of stain marks and are in serious need to be ripped out and redone. 3. The windows in the bedrooms didn’t...
