「The environment was good, safe and clean. There was only one chair in the room. No water provided. Only a few clothes hangers in the closet, they refused to provide more. They have no recycling bins for customers. Not environmental Friendly. The lady in the reception was a bit rude to inquiry. 」

「Sai at the front desk is a class act-thoughtful, friendly and focused. Great room as always as well. Easily the best place on Munras and to be honest better than some far more expensive properties on The Monterey Peninsula. That it has the audacity to be so affordable is just a bonus.」

"The hotel is relatively old, the rooms are large, the furnishings are old, the ground and lounge chairs in the balcony and garden are not clean, especially some outdoor grounds have many fallen leaves that have not been swept. It makes walking inconvenient, especially not conducive to the elderly. In short, the sanitary conditions are poor and the breakfast is too simple. It is convenient to travel, and you can walk to downtown and Fisherman's Wharf in a few minutes."
