Wave street inn不是一間很豪華的飯店但住起來相當的舒適,房間的空間很大,打開2個29寸的行李箱仍舊有很大的活動空間,房間裡提供的東西一應俱全也每日提供盥洗用品及house keeping.飯店雖然在主要的街道上但晚上非常的安靜,我們住個是靠近馬路的303號房,本來以為晚上睡覺會很吵,沒想到意外的安靜而且一覺到天亮！面對馬路的房間還有另一個優點....就可以看到海景,令人十分驚艷！ 服務人員部分,服務人員相當的友善對於我們的疑問都盡力提供幫忙且沒有任何的不悅,在入住的第一天,由於我們擔心面對馬路的房間晚上會很吵,所以當下就表示希望可以更換房間,服務人員當下表示沒有問題但同時也告訴我們面對馬路的房間早上是可以看到日出的海面,這樣的建議果然沒錯,我們真的在隔天早上看到很美的景色！ 停車部分,飯店沒有提供免費停車（停車費16元一次）,但飯店門口的停車格從晚上8點到隔天早上的9點都是免費的,對於遊客而言是相當方便的,因此建議稍微觀察一下門口停車格的狀況再斟酌是否需要將車停在飯店內 位置部份,飯店位於幾個主要的景點上,無論去哪裡都很便利 整體來說,Wave inn 是一間很棒的飯店,雖然不豪華但住起來很舒服,下次還會再次選擇入住也推薦給大家！

The hotel's location is superb--close to the Aquarium and Cannery Row shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The coffee in the room was the best ever. Outside are two fire pits that you can enjoy with the snacks they give you upon arrival. Parking is extra but very convenient!

Location and quality of unit and staff was excellent. They do not offer breakfast and TV did not get network stations while we were there. The front desk adjusted the rate due to TV issue which was very considerate. All in all, I would stay there again when visiting Monterey.

Nice modern rooms but too small for more than a day's stay. Wish that the pillows were more comfortable though, the pillows in our room was flat and lumpy. Location and view was great. It's an 8 minute walk to the aquarium. Should have read the fine print re: parking because it is not free, you have to pay $17 a night.

We had a very disappointing experience at Wave Inn Monterey Bay. The reception experience was poor from the start, and the room we were given had a strong unpleasant odor. The bedsheets were crumpled and did not feel properly prepared, which made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable. We requested a room change, but the second room was very similar and did not resolve the issues. Because of this, we ended up having to make a last-minute booking at another hotel, return to Wave Inn, and hand back the keys. Overall, the stay was extremely stressful and inconvenient, and unfortunately not what we expected.

Wish there was food and drinks available on site, but they do give you a baggie with snack goodies. Parking is tight, and 20 dollars a day. Room was clean and location was great!

The staff was so welcoming and helpful. From check in with Carol to help from Christine and check out with I believe John. Bed was comfortable, loved the fire pits outside in the courtyard. Short walk to cannery row and all the local shops and restaurants.

The room had leaks all over the place. We went when it was raining. Front entryway of the room was soaked about 2 ft out, which got my duffle bag/ clothes wet that were near the closet on the floor. Cooler leaked rain water all over the floor and made the carpet wet in that area too. Parking garage drain is clogged so the parking garage started flooding, my shoes and feet were soaked getting to the car. The only redeeming thing is that we asked for extra towels and a pack and play and they brought it no problem. The bed was also comfy.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, great location. Only negatives were the rooms were a little loud and you could hear other guests quite clearly. Could also do with some new baby cots (pack and plays) as they’re a little worn and not great.
