「The staff are wonderful. The elevator & hallways could be kept cleaner. The breakfast was hot, lots of variety & the breakfast area was clean. Daily housekeeping has to be requested. The room was clean, but the hotel shows some age. I do not think it was a $200 a night hotel, but I had to stay there due to a family event so that’s what I had to pay. 」

「I was able to park right outside my door. It was always quiet at night, the room was very clean. They came in the morning to offer new towels and clean the room. Great place to stay.」

「I didn’t stay. After seeing 2 of the rooms and noticing how terrible they smelled and how dirty they were I never checked in. The hotel showed a 7.4 on the Expedia site but that hotel should not have even been a zero. I will dispute the “no show” charge if it appears on my credit card bill.」

「They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. 」

「AVOID AT ALL COSTS! First, the man in front of me had to hand over a $100 bill at check in for the security deposit. Then, when I checked in through Expedia, they swiped my card and actually deducted $80 from my account (I use Expedia all the time and never is an amount deducted). The desk attendant assured me I’d have it back the next day. Now, the amount is no longer pending…it’s processed and I’ve been told it could be more than a week before it’s returned! They took it instantly but...
