Minutes away from the Zaandam station with many options for dinning within the vicinity including shopping options including Albert Heijn. Coffee or other drinks are offered free 24/7 in the lobby. Would definitely stay here again. Only two stops via the train to Amsterdam so a good option to stay here and visit Amsterdam for tourists. 」

U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room.
To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary.
I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before...
