"Solo female traveller friendly! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, staff is kind and helpful. The location is quiet and looks like a movie set! You have many stores walking distance! I highly recommend this hotel. Pros - walking distance to the train/bus - restaurants close by - grocery store walking distance - picture perfect - safe - clean - complimentary hot chocolate, coffee and filtered water!"

"The room refrigerator did not work. The in room coffee maker leaked water and did not work. The room was inconvenient in its location in a separate building. The halls were tight. We were not informed of the second entrance for the best place to park. The elevators were very small. We had large bags and had trouble getting through the narrow hall to the second building."

"Very thin walls, you can hear everything from the hallway and adjoining rooms. But very clean, modernized and served my purpose well. Close to the train, which is within walking distance, and shopping too. Very helpful staff."

"Great hotel location to the Felision cruise terminal. Many of the local shops were closed on Tuesdays which made it difficult to find things. There was a local bus, but we didn't venture to take it since my daughter was embarking on a ship Wednesday morning. Staff was VERY helpful and friendly. **I would like to mention that I had asked for help booking transportation to the airport Thursday morning. Hotel staff said that uber may cancel since the hotel was out of the way. They suggested a taxi. I asked approximate price. I was told by hotel staff 45 - 80 euros. It was 115 euros!!!! I feel like a was taken for a fool when I had to pay such a HIGH PRICE at the airport since it was less than 30 minutes away, especially since I asked the hotel for an approximate price while she helped book my taxi ride."
