The hotel is in such a great location-seconds from the train station. The staff were friendly. Our room was very clean and the bed was really comfy.We couldn’t seem to get our air conditioning working in the room but opened our window a little at night and in March this wasn’t such an issue. I would like a mirror in the bedroom as well as one in the bathroom. We very much enjoyed our stay though and if you want to stay a little bit out of Amsterdam then this hotel fits the bill. There were trains into the centre every 3/4 minutes and they were always on time!

Shower is odd. Great pressure and heat from the handheld nozzle but poor pressure and not as hot from the rain shower head. Also ……Apparently no one could get coffee maker in the room to work. Restaurant very good.

The room is very nice and clean, the buffet is so good. We would like to thank the night shift front desk staff who gave us a very good room and also all the staff from the buffet, they are very courteous and when we checked we also would like to thank the staff who assisted us using the hotel storage for a few minutes after we checked out and finding us a good driver to drive us to the airport. Very nice place. Thank you.

What a great hotel! Wonderful staff, super comfy sheets and beds. High ceilings. Small fridge and coffee maker in room. We stayed 2 weeks and the location is super convenient to travel to other parts of Netherlands via train. Rented bikes from hotel a few times & that was super fun. Full grocery store across the parking lot with excellent food options. The lobby is HUGE with plenty of space for meetings or work calls or just to chill. Front desk staff was friendly & efficient. Highly recommend.

De kachel bleek uit te staan. Na 1,5 uur zijn we naar de receptie gegaan, omdat de thermostaat hoger zetten niet hielp. Later bleek de kachel op afstand uit te staan. Een warme kamer had het verblijf een stuk prettiger gemaakt.

Realmente todo fue excelente lo único q no me gusto q los matres no tenian un fitter estaban expuestos solo con una colcha pequeña encima. La accesibilidad del hotel es la mejor. Las habitaciones espaciosas y el baño super comodo. Justo frente caminando solo 2 minutos tienes un supermercado completo y a solo 5 minutos caminando un McDonald’s y a Zaandam completo con muchas tiendas y restaurantes.
