「Wir fahren schon seit Jahren in das Hotel , wir kommen jedes Jahr wieder. Das Hotel war immer tipptopp. Super Service, Die Zimmer sind groß und Sauber. Die Umgebung und die Natur ist so wunderschön. 」

「Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before...

「Het is een mooi, schoon hotel. Op een super locatie en elke ster waard. De ontvangst door het personeel was heel warm en behulpzaam. De kamer was groot, netjes en schoon. 」

「Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort. Es war rundum alles bestens. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind super und auch die Zimmer sind komfortabel und gut eingerichtet. Die Innenstadt von Alkmaar ist fußläufig in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar, dafür ist es rundum ruhig. 」

「We spent 4 nights at Heavens Hotel whilst we visited friends in Hoorn, and the hotel was an absolute delight! The setting within an old church is so unique - the room was large and roomy, very clean, a lovely bathroom.
