"Very friendly staff and the lounge area was fantastic. Only giving 3/5 stars on the Amenities because my in-room coffee machine didn't work, and the coffee/pastries arrived late on my second/last day. Otherwise I plan on staying here again!"

"This is an older property that has been refurbished. The rooms are clean. Bed needs replacing. It is very convenient to everything. Nice staff. "

"Super clean and budget friendly option. The location is a bit sketchy but there’s always a security guard on the lobby. I would definitely recommend it if you don’t mind being in close quarters with the people you are traveling with."

"One of the great features of this hotel is that higher level rooms on the North side have lovely views of Telegraph Hill, North Beach and the Bay. One negative is that they are optimized for business travelers. For example, there is no bell hop service - if you arrive with heavy bags you have to wheel them up a winding ramp exposed to the rain from where your vehicle arrives to the front desk by yourself. Also, there is a charge for WiFi service unless you belong to the Hilton Honors program. A charge for wifi? In this day and age, that's a silly as a charge for electricity!"
