"Amazing stay at this property! The property was clean, simple, and very convenient as it was merely a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The genuine hospitality and friendliness of the owner himself truly made this experience personable and one of kind. We definitely will recommend this...

"The modern hotel itself is a great facility set in a modern library setting with a variety of interesting books free to peruse. The two outstanding problems with this hotel are (1) access by public transportation is very limited, forcing the guests to hire a taxi to convenient nearby train stations such as Tokorozawa station costing 2,400-2,600 yen each way, and (2) the breakfast purchased optionally is practically the same throughout your stay—three different kinds of sandwiches. "We enjoyed our weeks stay. The room was small but served our needs. The beds were comfortable and the shower/bath was really good. Very lively lobby and restaurants made the hotel feel friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is definitely worth adding. We enjoyed it every morning and found the variety was enough to keep us happy. The food is excellent quality. We also ate in the restaurant several nights including the rainy cold night we arrived from NYC. Only minus is the advertised laundry room is very small for an entire hotel and was always busy. So factor that into your stay."
"Great service, corner room was quite spacious for a family of 4. Convenient location, with Blackcat on the 2nd floor, and 7-11 and a cafeteria in the annex tower. 5 min walk to Shinagawa station. "
"AMAZING breakfast! Excellent location and a very spacious room compared to other hotels in Japan. The room was spotless and extremely well maintained.
The only downside was the limited laundry facilities. There are only three machines, and unfortunately they were always in use. We tried morning, afternoon, and night without success, so we had to wait until our next stay to do laundry.
Overall, a great stay and highly recommended."
"Room was spacious. Love the residential home where I can cook and use the microwave. Also the washing machine was a life saver.
Highly recommend and location is easy to navigate.
The only down side is that house cleaning cost money. Should be included but I see why for ‘residential’ purpose. "
"Was very nice having plenty of dining options open late during our stay. The rooms were not very big but that was expected. We spent one night there and enjoyed being around so much around Shinjuku."
