「The location is out of the way but with easy transit connection. We had to reach out on WhatsApp to get the door codes. We chose it for parking but host at first did not give us a spot (had to ask). The Wi-Fi was surprisingly not functional and the TV cable was unplugged behind a chair. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The staff was super responsive on WhatsApp, though, and tried to help with the TV (which we sorted out after all, though after missing a chunk of a World Cup game).」

「Pros: with air-con, washing machine, microwave & hob. Round the corner from the main station (5 mins), walkable to old town (10 mins), tram stations are 5 mins walk. A 24-hour Carrifour Express nearby. 「We enjoyed a 3 night stay in the split level apartment. The place was clean and well presented. Bed was reasonably comfortable but would definitely benefit from some new pillows as the ones provided were small and well used (in fairness to the host i did not get a chance to raise this issue during in my stay due to a hectic schedule!) 「Room was very clean, had a washing machine and kitchen as well as a small sitting area. Great location 5 minute walk from Wawel castle and close to shopping and restaurants. A little tricky to find but well worth the stay. Apartment could have used blackout curtains as the sun comes up very early in the summer.」
