「⭐️ 1 Star Stay away from this property. Our entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. Our original room had no working AC, and we were told we needed to upgrade our room, which was completely ridiculous and unacceptable. Unfortunately, the upgraded room was also in terrible condition. 「The food and scenery are great, but unfortunately, the customer service during this visit was disappointing. I was interested in getting a massage and had a few questions. The woman at the front desk (spa) was extremely unfriendly, short with her responses, and seemed more interested in being on her phone than helping customers. 「This is our second time coming here and we just love it. It is the perfect little getaway to just relax, unwind and take in the beautiful views. We live such busy lives, but when we come here it helps us take a step back and unwind from our busy schedules. The staff is very friendly and helpful will recommend this stay if you just want to relax.」

The food at restaraunt was good, the Friday entertainment was great, walkable to the local shops and food. Loved the petting zoo & the views were great!」

「It is a nice place, but the hot tub didn't work. There is no shampoo or conditioner in the shower. There is no sex swing in the master suite. It is in smaller units. location is not that great.」
