「Amazing experience , wonderful environment , service ...」

「Beautiful hotel, comfortable & clean rooms and excellent lounge service, with smooth check-in and check-out. Service and child friendly areas lacking, and small details like reception not picking up the phone, unresponsive room service, niece being given food with allergen when stated clearly before. For a hotel of this standard and price, much greater care is needed, particularly with food allergies.」

「Very traditional and classic English hotel. I love the old style of building itself as you cannot experience in other 5 star hotel. Room is tiny but bed is superb. They seems lack of staff during night time as some of the orders took a while to be done. 」

「This is a beautiful boutique hotel in Belgravia. It’s centrally located so you can walk to shopping, restaurants, historical sites and concert venues easily. Victoria station is a short walk as well. The hotel is beautifully appointed and has a warm cozy feel. The included breakfast is a real plus as a nice way to start your day. There is always someone to help or answer questions if needed and we always felt safe secure and welcome on premises. Our room was comfortable with nice pillows and a...

「From arrival to departure, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed the full English breakfast and overall food experience. The hotel is centrally located to all main sites that made our booked excursions/tours convenient. The only downside to the hotel is that the rooms are a little snug. Otherwise my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation.」

「Lovely property in a great neighborhood!」

「If I didn’t find the hotel charged me for the mini bar chocolate I didn’t eat, I would rate the hotel higher. So sorry to see they overcharged 4 pounds. Hope this was just done by mistake. 」
