"This was such a great stay. Only there for one evening, but I loved every bit. I actually ate all my meals here instead of leaving the property for food. Do afternoon tea! It is absolutely an experience. So much fun. Dinner was phenomenal, as was breakfast. The staff is great. I will be back!"

"It’s an okey hotel. The staff is friendly, it’s a clean hotel. Biggest disappointment was the housekeeping, it is horrible to non-existent, literally all was done is straightening of the beds and taking out the trash. The towels not changed, nothing else is cleaned. Otherwise, it’s perfectly located, the Big Ben is just 3 minutes walk, so it’s an okey stay."

"We had a triple room in the annex building. Room had a decent size and in good condition, but a bit hot and air conditioning system made too much noise to leave on for long. Bed was a bit hard. Otherwise staff was really helpful and nice, and location is great, close to many restaurants, buses and shops, Victoria station is just 10 minutes walk away."

"Great location But Poor quality hotel. Ceiling Light didn’t work, Microwave smokes, mold in bathroom, shower drains very slow, VERY SMALL space, bathroom very small, only cold water, internet very spotty, Beds were horrible, pay a little more, for better quality! Staff was nice and they did replace the microwave. "
