「A perfect place to stay while visiting a family member in the hospital - a 5 minute walk away. This was our 2nd time staying here. Very clean, with friendly, helpful staff and a good breakfast! The only minor problem we had was the key cards were often “difficult” -often requiring several tries to get them to work. We would definitely stay again!」

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「This was a quick, one-night stay after returning from a trip. Upon entering the hallway, there was a strong smell of cigarettes and other musty odors. The keypad to the room door barely worked, and it took several minutes to get it open. The hotel rooms themselves were in poor condition—when I pulled out a chair to hang my coat, a piece of the desk was broken off and just lying on the chair. Thankfully, no one sat on it. I’m grateful this was only a one-night stay, as I would not recommend this...

「The restaurant staff were awesome and so was the food. The spas were amazing but the pool should be closed for maintenance. Parking was good. Loved the balcony view of the water wild life, beautiful.」

「The hot tub was not very hot and it was kind of cloudy and the pool had a lot of clumps of hair floating around in it.」
