"Passing by the river at the hotel is a highlight—the views from every room are remarkable. The pool is a nice size, though the strong smell of chlorine was not pleasant. The hotel is very clean and conveniently located, just a 6-minute drive from beautiful Kalamalka Lake. Nice & helpful staff - complementary coffee and water ."

"We got to our room left within 15 minutes. The door jam plate was broken and hanging on by a thread (plus the door looked like it had been kicked in at some point), there was little black hairs all in the sheets, the photos did not look the same as the room, the sink plug was taken out and it was full of hair and grime. Finally the whole shower was stained brown and the couch had white stains and hair all over it. When we informed the staff they were not helpful and didn’t seem surprised."

"We had a constant ringing in our room and could not get the tv working. No ice on our floor. The fellow that came to our room finally got the tv working but could not understand English. He could not get the remote working and didn’t know what I was asking about the ice machine. The mgr at the desk came up and could not fix the remote and didn’t understand about the constant ringing. He just shrugged and handed back the remote. Picture was distorted as well. The ringing Was way worse when tv was off. We will never stay here again. I mentioned the ringing and broken ice machine to the lady at desk in the morning. She said she would look into it. Breakfast at 25% off was very good."
