「such an excellent hotel everything is perfect 」

「It has great location and access to Walmart and shopping mall. Although it is a bit distance from downtown , it is closer to Vernon and lake country for lake leisure. Breakfast is buffet type and welcome for every hotel guess. Service is generally good at this busy season. Comfortable and cozy for family trip.」

「隔音很差，旁边房间说什么话听的一清二楚。半夜三点四十五，酒店服务员关门开门的声音一直持续了二十分钟。早上七点开始，就有陆陆续续开关门的声音，住了两天，每天都被吵醒。酒店里几乎什么都没有，桌子是坏的。唯一庆幸的是前台接待员服务很好。」

「Friendly staff and very helpful. Give yourself lots of time if driving in the Kelowna area. This hotel is right on the main drag into the city. I live in a very big city and have never experienced such heavy traffic in a smaller rural city like Kelowa.」

「For an overnight stay it worked out fine」

「We only stayed here for a night but we’d like to come back and stay for longer! The rooms were very clean, well appointed and thoughtfully outfitted. The shower here was like heaven- rain shower with lots of pressure. Bed was comfortable and view was great being right on the river. Revelstoke had some great coffee (Dose) and pastry shops (La Baguette). Highly recommend!」

「We were travelling with 2 other families, all of us with small children. They loved that there was a pool and Shivam from the front desk was amazing. Even offered us a free extra hour to check out so the kids had a bit more time in the pool and so that we could shower them and get them ready in time! 」

「这是一个有着优越的地理位置的酒店，去班夫必经之地。但对住客而言，并不合适。价格高，但是住的房子已经很老旧了，房间里面闷热。餐厅里的服务员待客很腔调，譬如A接待了你，你所有的需求只能等A来处理，其他的人会拒绝你的需求，不管你等了多久。」
