「On our first night we alerted the reservation desk that our stove's hot surface light was stuck on. We also mentioned the heat wasn't working properly. Maintenance had to come twice to fix the heating issue. The stove was left as is until it became an issue on our 7th day, when the burner wouldn't shut off. We didn't think it would be safe to leave the house with a burning hot stove, so we waited over an hour for maintenance to check it out. It couldn't be repaired. Sure there was a microwave...
